General Policy
YOYOSO has a No Refund Policy.
Garment products are not exchangeable in any case.
Items damaged or defected after use shall not be considered under the exchange policy.
Exchange/Replace Policy for Sale or Discounted Products
Strictly NO EXCHANGE or REPLACEMENT POLICY for online purchases made from offline stores.
Strictly NO EXCHANGE or REPLACEMENT POLICY for sale/discounted items unless a valid reason is provided by the purchaser within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The following instances are considered valid reasons:
Wrong product received
Damaged or defected product
Broken product (explained below)
Missing product
Exchange/Replace Policy for Non-Sale / Regular-Priced Products
Products purchased without any sale, discount, or promotion may only be exchanged/replaced if they have quality issues.
The purchaser must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide video evidence to our customer service team on WhatsApp.
A reverse pickup will be arranged by our respective store.
After receiving the product, it will undergo quality inspection.
If the product is found to be working properly, it will be resent to the purchaser.
This process may take up to 14 working days.
Replacement will only be processed if the product is in its original condition, including:
Original packaging and product barcode tag
Original customer receipt
Original parcel packing material and airway bill
No claim will be entertained after the expiry of 24 hours from delivery.
Pickup Attempts
YOYOSO will make three attempts to collect the product from the purchaser’s shipping address.
If the purchaser fails to hand over the product by the third attempt, the case will be considered closed and will not be entertained further.
Broken Product at Delivery
If a product is received broken or damaged upon delivery, the purchaser must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
No claim will be entertained after this time period.
Compensation via Discount Voucher
In some cases, a discount voucher may be issued as compensation.
The voucher value will equal the selling price of the SKU related to the disputed order.
The voucher can be used once and must be redeemed within 7 days of issuance.
The voucher will be issued to the purchaser’s details as mentioned in the disputed order.
YOYOSO has no policy for partial consumption or reissuance of vouchers.
